Association l’escale lyonnaise

L’Escale Lyonnaise is a residence founded in 1894 by the congregation of 'sisters Marie Auxiliatrice' to receive young girls who came to work in Lyon.
Today the association ‘l’escale lyonnaise’ is managed by a large secular team assuring a warm reception whilst respecting the privacy and autonomy of the residents.
The association is attentive and does not leave young people without help in difficult situations.
A special importance is given to the quality of the daily relations between personnel and the other residents; by managing the sharing of collective areas to ensure a warm and friendly life, based on tolerance, mutual respect and solidarity which are the values of the original residence project.

L'Escale Lyonnaise is a member of l'Union Nationale pour l'Habitat des Jeunes (UNHAJ).
